Dr. Deganit Nuur

Dr. Deganit Nuur is a world-renowned spiritual teacher, co-author of Imagine, clairvoyant intuitive, doctor of acupuncture and Chinese medicine, and speaker. She is the founder of the Nuurvana Method™ of Healing and the creator of Nu IT School, an intuition training program that has helped thousands access their inner knowing with clarity and confidence.
Named one of the “Top 15 Intuitives Worldwide” by goop, Dr. Nuur has been featured in Forbes, Vogue, The New York Times, Vanity Fair, Good Morning America, and the Today Show. She currently serves as a resident healer at the Four Seasons Hotels in New York and Los Angeles, and teaches globally at events including In Goop Health, Summit Series, and other corporate wellness experiences.
Deganit has been in practice for over 20 years, has conducted more than 23,000 healing sessions, and has trained over 5,000 students in intuitive development and energy work. She began teaching while still in acupuncture school, where she was known for her uncanny ability to intuit the root cause of even the most difficult cases. While most practitioners rely on the client’s narrative, Dr. Nuur’s clairvoyance allows her to access the energetic, emotional, and karmic blueprint beneath the surface—often offering insight clients haven’t yet articulated themselves.
She got into this work by accident. Rejected from dental school and seeking healing during a difficult life chapter, she stumbled across a visualization practice that changed her life. The practice not only helped her feel better—it awakened her intuitive gifts. Her first-ever reading was on her now co-author and forever bestie Tim, whose encouragement helped her step out of the spiritual closet. Word-of-mouth referrals quickly turned her side hobby into a thriving business that went from being a healing center in the center of Manhattan to being the global healing sanctuary it is now for all metaphysical matters. While D takes this work seriously, she doesn’t take herself too seriously. You’ll never find her without stickers, crystals and often a tiny bottle of bubbles with her sweet familiar, Aja, the Pom-Chi-Kit in toe as they traverse the earth and astral fields spreading light.

Crystal holds a master’s degree in Applied Philosophy & Ethics, influencing her approach as a tarot reader, reiki practitioner, hypnotist, and Guiding Light for Nuurvana’s Be Light program.
Crystal is the embodiment of slow magic, deep healing, and soulful self-remembrance. With a background in philosophy (she holds two degrees!), and a presence that feels like a balm to the soul, she blends psychic insight with grounded wisdom and a powerful sense of sacred sensuality. Her sessions have been described as “a mini vacation for the nervous system.”
Crystal weaves together tarot, Reiki, and the Nuurvana Method™ to guide clients back to themselves—softly, steadily, and with radiant care. Her approach honors nature’s rhythms, reminding us that deep rest leads to rich blossoming. The way that Crystal holds space for emotional safety, validation and self-reflection supports clients in feeling seen, heard and deeply understood.
Not only is Crystal a teacher and mentor of the Be Light Program, she was the original muse that helped manifest it. When the pandemic started Deganit would mentor Crystal in energy healing weekly and the unfolding of their journey is what informed the Be Light curriculum. Since the very first cohort in 2020, Crystal has been gently guiding students through self-discovery and soul reconnection. Her presence offers safety, slowness, and sparkle in every transformational season.
