Truly. There’s no need to overthink it or try to “do it right.” You don’t need to bring specific questions (though you're welcome to). You don’t need to meditate beforehand (unless it helps you feel more present). You don’t need to believe in psychics (seriously!).
Here are a few gentle ways to get the most out of your session:

Try not to schedule your reading in the middle of a chaotic day.
