Dr. Deganit Nuur is a world-renowned spiritual teacher, clairvoyant intuitive, doctor of acupuncture and Oriental medicine, writer, and speaker. She is the founder of the Nuurvana Method™ of Healing and the creator of Nu IT School, an intuition training program that has helped thousands access their inner knowing with clarity and confidence.

She currently serves as a resident healer at the Four Seasons Hotels in New York and Los Angeles, and teaches globally at events including In Goop Health, Summit Series, and private corporate wellness experiences.
Deganit has been in practice for over 19 years, has conducted more than 23,000 healing sessions, and has trained over 5,000 students in intuitive development and energy work. She began teaching while still in acupuncture school, where she was known for her uncanny ability to intuit the root cause of even the most difficult cases. While most practitioners rely on the client’s narrative, Dr. Nuur’s clairvoyance allows her to access the energetic, emotional, and karmic blueprint beneath the surface—often offering insight clients haven’t yet articulated themselves.
She got into this work by accident. Rejected from dental school and seeking healing during a difficult life chapter, she stumbled across a visualization practice that changed her life. The practice not only helped her feel better—it awakened her intuitive gifts. Her first-ever reading was on her now-colleague and forever bestie Tim, whose encouragement helped her step out of the spiritual closet. Word-of-mouth referrals quickly turned her side hobby into a thriving business.
Dr. Nuur is also the author of the forthcoming book IMAGINE (September 2025), co-written with anthropologist Dr. Tim Murphy. The book guides readers through seven visualization tools inspired by the curriculum of the Nu IT School and offers accessible practices for clarity, confidence, and spiritual alignment.

Crystal holds a master’s degree in Applied Philosophy & Ethics, influencing her approach as a tarot reader, reiki practitioner, hypnotist, and Guiding Light for Nuurvana’s Be Light program.
Crystal is the embodiment of slow magic, deep healing, and soulful self-remembrance. With a background in philosophy (she holds two degrees!), and a presence that feels like a balm to the soul, she blends psychic insight with grounded wisdom and a powerful sense of sacred sensuality. Her sessions are often described as “a mini vacation for the nervous system.”
Crystal weaves together tarot, Reiki, and the Nuurvana Method™ to guide clients back to themselves—softly, steadily, and with radiant care. Her approach honors nature’s rhythms, reminding us that deep rest leads to rich blossoming. The way that Crystal holds space for emotional safety, validation and self-reflection supports clients in feeling seen, heard and deeply understood.
Not only is Crystal a teacher and mentor of the Be Light Program, she was the original muse that helped manifest it. When the pandemic started Deganit would mentor Crystal in energy healing weekly and the unfolding of their journey is what informed the Be Light curriculum. Since the very first cohort in 2020, Crystal has been gently guiding students through self-discovery and soul reconnection. Her presence offers safety, slowness, and sparkle in every transformational season.

Illi Gallardo
Illi is a teacher and healer for Nuurvana’s Be Light and Alchemy of Entrepreneurship program with advanced training in Family Constellation Therapy, Reiki, and sound healing.
Illi is a beloved teacher and healer in the Nuurvana community, known for her radiant presence, grounded wisdom, and fierce devotion to spiritual transformation. She joined Nuurvana in 2020 as a Guiding Light for the inaugural Be Light Program and has since mentored dozens of students and Nuurvana-certified psychics through their deepest awakenings.
Deganit and Illi have known each other since Illi was a teenager— before she fully stepped into her intuitive gifts. Though she was quietly spiritual, it wasn’t until a devastating personal loss that Illi began actively studying energy healing and reclaiming her psychic abilities.
When Be Light was first created, Deganit invited her to co-lead the program. Part of teaching included offering psychic readings, and through that, Illi’s confidence blossomed. Since then, she’s continued to grow her offerings and training—adding healing modalities and leading with deep compassion and care.
With advanced training in Family Constellation Therapy, Reiki, and sound healing—and a lived journey through grief and reconnection to purpose— Illi is a powerful doula for the soul. She teaches Alchemy of Entrepreneurship, guides students as the house mother in the Be Light Program, and offers insight and support during Nuurvana’s monthly Psychic Healing Circles. Melini Jesudason
Melini, who began her career as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley, is a certified psychic in the Be Light program and teacher for the Opening Your Channel live course.
Melini is a multidimensional intuitive guide, trained medium, and soul mentor who helps others awaken to their highest purpose with clarity, compassion, and ease. After receiving her MBA from Wharton School, she began her career in investment banking at Morgan Stanley before answering a deeper call—one that led her to leave finance and spend the next 15 years immersed in yoga, meditation, and spiritual studies.
In 2018, Deganit and Melini first met at Global Wellness Day at the Four Seasons. Melini was a guest in a past life reading event—and her questions stood out immediately. The two connected on the spot and began working together soon after. When launching the Be Light program in 2020, Deganit invited Melini to join. She not only thrived—she soared.
Melini became the first certified psychic in the Be Light Program and has since become one of our most treasured teachers for both the program and her live course, Opening Your Channel. Her grace, depth, and devotion have elevated the entire Nuurvana community.
In addition to her work with Nuurvana, Melini connects with spirit guides, interdimensional beings, and loved ones on the other side to bring through wisdom and healing. She blends psychic mediumship, Reiki, yoga, and soul-centered coaching to support her clients in living with intention, alignment, and love.
